Golden Raisin
Golden raisins is made of the best seedless grapes. To reach the desired and best quality, raisins are washed then dried and sorted three times with laser sorting, camera sorting and X-RAY machines. Golden raisins color is lighter than Malayer raisins and this lighter color is caused by sulphur dioxide. It is used just for eating and sometimes diary industries.

After harvesting the grapes, they immersed into alkaline solution and hung up in the shade and quite closed environment than grapes are exposed to sulfur dioxide for coloring procedure, till grapes become very colorful from lemon yellow or golden to light amber.
